Bones looking suspiciously like an arm, with a hand at the end of it, have been found poking out of the dirt on a building site on Aldershot Garrison. Fingers frozen like claws. The index finger like a directional arrow, pointing at… what? Where the rest of the body was?
So when Billy Williams, head of the SIB on Aldershot Garrison has yet another cold case to work, he realises he needs help. A stroke of genius makes him think of Sgt Major Crane. Retired from the army. Now retired from working with Aldershot Police.
