When body pieces are found in the Basingstoke Canal death, appears to be a single gunshot wound to the head that was found, chopped off and lying nearby. DNA tests indicate the body was Sgt Green, a soldier from Aldershot Garrison, a soldier’s whose child, Max, had been abducted five years previously and never found. At the same time his father, Max, disappeared and it was generally thought at the time that he’d absconded with the child. Why was Sgt Green killed? And where is baby Max?
